Compare the amount of money Arsene Wenger has had to spend compared to Jose Mourinho, then compare who plays better football? Chelsea can buy the league all they want but everyone knows that they want the Champions league badly and so far Arsenal are the only London team to reach the final, and a final they came so close to winning.
In answer to your question Arsenal are better than Chelsea within the next couple seasons everyone will see Arsene Wenger's team mature into a world class outfit. What will Chelsea do when Abramovich decides he is bored and wants out. Arsenal's foundations are solid despite the new stadium, all it takes is for Abramovich to pull the plug and Chelsea will return to being dept ridden.

chelsea or arsenal , its hard as both of them are good teams .
but i would go with chelsea .

1 first of all i am a chelsea fan
2 at the moment chelsea has better players than arsenal
3 chelsea won the title last year and they are looking strong this year too .
