I am 31 years old and I am thinking of taking a flu shot. Does taking the flu shot make my body weaker in the long term?

It's nor recommended for anybody

Do NOT get vaccinated.

A vaccinated person is MORE likely to get a disease than a non-vaccinated person. The whole theory of vaccination is flawed. It causes a weakening of the immune system thus making those who are innoculated more susceptible to disease.
There are so many awful side effects to vaccination that it should be considered extremely dangerous.
Just sit back and think for a while.
Is there any sense in injecting a disease directly into the bloodstream.
We have been subjected to an awful mind control program to enable the drug manufacturers to make a fortune.

If you go to the vaccination liberation web page, at
http://www.vaclib.org/exemption.htm
You will find all the forms necessary to provide exemption for your child.

What happens with the flu shot is that they inject you with a very small amount of the virus. You may experience extremely mild symptoms of the flu but nothing compared to getting the flu itself. This shot will not contain every strain of influenza so you may still get the flu if you come in contact with a strain you have not been immunized for. I highly recommend getting it. The reason older people and youngsters should get it is because their immune systems are weaker. Older people have been known to die from complications with the flu.

No it won't make you weaker, usually when a person is around alot of older people or works in the nursing homes or hospital when you have hands on contact it's a good thing to get a shot.

No,it does not weaken you at all.It just activates your body to make antibodies against that virus and recognizes it and attacks it ,and you will not suffer from it in a bad way if you get it anyway after that shot. The bad side effects will not occur. The flew kills thousands of people every year.
It is a misconception to think that is only good for old people to take a flew shot.
People with diabetes, problems with a-typical breathing problems like asthma ,and people with a low defense system caused by any disease are advised to take it every year. But your doctor can advise you if you should take one or not.
