Open up Internet Explorer.
Go to Tools > Internet Options and select the General tab. In the address line, type http://uk.yahoo.com/ then click on OK at the bottom of the screen.
Next time you open Internet Explorer, your home page will be Yahoo! UK & Ireland.
If you use Firefox, go to Tools > Options and select the General tab. In the Location(s) line, type http://uk.yahoo.com/ and then click on OK at the bottom of the page.

I suggest you move to the USA - then you will have the right home page. It may be easier than changing the home page from USA to UK. And you may like it here!
