on the botton... how can i do this??

Click on it and hold down the mouse button
Drag it to the bottom of the screen
Release the mouse button
Right-click on the taskbar and click where it says "Lock the Toolbar"
This will "lock" the bar in place and make it impossible to accidently move in the future unless you unlock the bar first.

Click on the bar and drag it to where you want it to be. Then right click and lock it. This will prevent it from been moved accidentally in the future.

Make sure it doesn't lock the task bar.Click right clik and if it doesn't lock,just press the left click and drag to the bottom.Then right clik and lock the bar to make sure not to move again.
