A tosser is a male person who masturbates, used as a derogatory term for a person of little worth. Also referred to as a wanker, same thing.

I'm from England and a tosser is not someone who tosses pancakes!
It is an offensive term that comes from "tossing off" which is another term for masturbation. So if you are a tosser you are someone who performs masturbation on yourself or others.
Its a word which is less offensive but means the same as Wan*er

To "toss your self off" or to "have a toss", is a slang term for a male to masterbate. So you can see that to call some one "a tosser" is not very polite! Use with caution.

Generally to Toss is to *a*k, or masturbate. Therefore a tosser is a w*n*e*. Just a phrase used in UK to suggest a bloke is a p*ick.

It means someone who masturbates themselves, apparently also the americans do not use the term Wanker either which means the same. This is why Phil Collins got away with saying it on Miami Vice years ago.
