We have been together a total of 6 years. I'm not sure whether to have a nice quote ( I would have to find one) or something else engraved on the back. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Put something from your heart and if you should marry, something she could later in years, perhaps after you are gone, and look at and with a tear in her eyes, know and remember how much you loved her. What is more sincere than to say, "To my love, always, " your name.... It will mean more later, and especially now for sure. You could think about what you all have done together that was meaningful, and mention something about that and then say you love her. You have to say that, if nothing else.
