trends started all over the world but they get international recognition at fashion shows like in Paris, Milan or London.
The Asian culture is one of the oldest civilisations and yet when we think of early history fashion we think of those huge big bustle dresses worn with the corset (Victorian era).
Each country had it's own trend that just because they were considered uncivilised or didn't have the means to show the world, they have gone unnoticed. but thank god not any more.
Most designers used to travel 3rd world countries too get inspiration for their ranges and then go back to show Europe. It's one big circle.

Every country has its own fashion trend and style. Lately though in this globalized world fashion has been dictated by fashion houses in fashion capitals like New York and Milan.

Many different countries start fashion trends. A few hundred years ago, a member of the royal family started the tradition of the bride wearing a white dress to her wedding. Before that, a bride could wear any color (except green because that was for women of the night). She looked lovely and everyone admired the look. ..... and you thought it was to symbolize virginity?
