No.

While there are, definitely, some strange people in positions of power in Iran, there are also people who are voices of reason.

I think that most countries know that to declare war on the US is to invite a terrible plague onto their soil; the US brings with it many allies and much military might. I think people are savvy enough to understand that while the US may be embroiled in a mess in the Middle East right now, we have by no means moved to waging total war. The US has the military might to literally destroy, and I mean completely demolish, any country of its choosing, and it wouldn't even necessarily need to go to nuclear weapons to achieve that goal.

I think Iran is interested in seeing how hard and how far they can push, but I cannot see them agreeing to bring the US down on themselves. I cannot, actually, imagine anyone doing it. The last countries that actually declared war on the US found themselves picking themselves out of the rubble when it was all over. I think people probably remember that.

They wouldn't declare war on the U.S. They know that we are too powerful. Rather than doing that they might declare an alibi war against Israel. It sure would rally support throughout the Muslim world. Of course Israel would receive assistance from us since the Israelites pretty much own the U.S.
But i highly doubt that Iran would be so stupid to engage in an all out war against the U.S. or Israel for that matter.

Iran will never declare war against US and any other country. It have been suffering from inflictive war of Saddam against Iran that lasted 8 years (1980-1988). But G.W.Bush may do this.

We can say one country declares war against another if it threatens its core interests. Based on this assumption we can say that Iran declared war against USA. This is because the nuclear buildup of Iran aimed against Israel and the oil interests of the West in the middle East. In this regard unless Iran's destination is checked early the power of USA will not be maintained, its civilazation will be challenged. The state of Israel is at stake if its opponents posses nuklear weapons.

Of course not, invading other countries with or without a "Declaration of War" is the habit of the US & it will probably happen soon, unless Iran can get a nuclear weapon.

No, because the USA have been planning to bomb the **** out of Iran for around 5 years - so the USA will strike first because they want to control all the oil in the middle east.

They don't need to declare war - the war on terror is undeclared so cowardly individuals can't be held to account afterwards.
