What is the importance of nasal hair (hair inside the nostrils)? Is it OK to permanently remove them? I'm fed up trimming them every month.

Your nose hairs are very important. I'm pretty sure no hair removal place would even do that. They collect dust and germs, and then form ...for the lack of a better word... boogers.

Yes if they are giving you problem . The nasal hair are to save you from dust going in your nose. Yes it is OK to permanently remove them.

sorry to hear you have to trim them but hair in the nostrils is to prevent forigen objects from going up you nose.

a) those hairs are imporant for blocking dust particles, etc.
b) no laser technician would do that area
If you really hate them, start pulling them out.
