I was raised to be a Democrat who changed to Republican and am really losing interest in them also over the years.Especially lately. I have decided to not vote for which party has the least offensive canidate anymore but for which canidate has the best ideas to fix the problems starting at the local level and working my way up. Democrat, Republican or Independant.

I'm a registered Republican, and might vote for them.

However, I've gotten really tired of the way the Repubicans in Washington (House, Senate and White House) have been acting.

They came into power (the House at least) way back in 1994 fighting all the problems the Democrats had after being in power so long. Now, 12 years later, they're just as bad as the Democrats were in 1994.

The GOP is supposed to be for lower taxes and limited government - yet "pork barrel" spending is through the roof. This whole Foley thing is embarrasing - and apparently the GOP leadership knew something about it - but didn't do anything about it.

And the president - while I support him on the war - I think he has done a terrible job on the budget. It's like he's afraid to veto anything.

So, I might just leave the Federal poriton of my ballot blank, and just for for State and Local candidates.

I will try to vote for Democrats in as many offices as I can. Since I'm a moderate Dem, I would like to support those candidates who really represent me. If I don't with the Dem, I might vote for an independent or third party. But it's almost possible that I'll vote Dem for all offices.

Democrat I've had enough of the republicans to last me 1,000 life times. The republicans have had 12 years to show what they could do and boy did we see what they did! Deficits from here to eternity, not one but 2 wars and working on another one, dumbing down our rights that protect us from govt snooping,Tax breaks for corporations and the super rich, stopping medical research because of there religious dogma aka stem cell research. The list goes on and on. These people don't deserve reelection they deserve a firing squad!

Depends on the candidate. Some will be Republican, some will Democrat, and I'm even leaning to Independent Party for one office right now. It all depends on who is running and which candidate I think will do the best job.

Republicans. Lower taxes, better defense, a more reasonable judiciary.

That's a lot like asking if you'd rather drink water out of a green glass or a blue glass. Either way, it's water.
