Unfortunately when there is a problem with any organization the leader takes the fall. Torre didn't play the games nor did he expect injuries and under achieving players but to tell you how I feel, it's time for a change. I wouldn't pick Pinella though he may be burnt. I like Girardi's fire and I think he would be sucessful with the Yankees.
