well as for outside ,yep alot of washing, but as i answered a previous person ( and got picked as best answer) used coffee grounds ,still lightly moist, on lots of layers of newspapers,put on ALL floorboards and roll up windowsand close ALL vents, for at least a day or two,it not just masks odors but absorbs them,good ,luck, ..

Normally the smell will wear off, depending on what hit the truck from the skunk. A car wash could help, paying special attention to the bottom of the tires on the side of the truck that hit the skunk(make sure you pull about a foot forward and get the part that sets on the ground too), and the wheel wells and undercarriage on that side. If you know someone with an ozone producing machine, borrow it and run it overnight with the truck closed up in a garage. Completely safe, and will make the truck smell so fresh(like after a thunderstorm passed through! For real ).

Go to a pet store and find something that will get rid of the smell should your dog get sprayed. I don't know the name of it off hand, but there are products out there that will do it. Something like 'order be gone', I think is one name.
Or maybe try at one of the local Marts.

A couple of trips through the car wash, followed with a couple gallons of Febreeze -- especially on the tires and the undercarriage.

some kind of mild acid like tomato juice or vineger. Tomato is the usual but vineger does not stain and I liked it better
