HELL NO. I would never do that to anyone my man or not. And I know my man would never turn me in either. I know this cause when I had 3 warrents out for failure to appers and he had a warrent out for something we never turned each other in. We only got arrested at the same time cause we were at a house that they raided.

It really depends. I mean how sure of a charge is it? Is the misdemeanor going to amount to something more?

If this person is ever serve a warrant will other people get in trouble as well?

If it is a felony then probably so.

If you are dealing with this situation. Why dont you find out what needs to be done to make everything correct? My brother had a warrant out for his arrest. He was arrested this past Friday. He got out of jail on Saturday morning about 1:00 AM. The ONLY thing he had to do was pay $660.00. Although since he was arrested in the OTHER county. The City police had to come get him, and transfer to them to the other county.

Although he had that one his record. He does not have WORRY about it anymore.

Misdemeanor? Probably not. Felony? Not sure. If the charge has something to do with child molestation, you bet I would turn anyone in. If it has to do with a murder, we'll see. It all depends. What are YOU wanted for?

BTW, the DA usually does not bring aiding and abetting charges against spouses or lovers. But they threaten to do that as a way to get the person to testify against the one who commited the offense.

And, let go of the illusion that people don't testify against each other. Faced with a prison sentense, most people will give your butt up.

Yes I would turn them in no matter whether it was a misdemeanor or felony, think about it if someone did something against you or your family would you want the person to just get away with it.

If you know for fact that this person is wanted for a felony or a misdemeanor you must let authorities know. If you don't you could be brought up on charges for harboring this person with the knowledge they were wanted for crimes they've committed.

I would cut a deal with him....stay well away from me and I will look the other way. Can't tell what I don't know!! When it blows over, I can take him back. He needs to understand that if we don't cut this deal I could get caught up too in the whole concealment charges.

Probably not, but it would depend what the felony was. If my lover had stolen money from a cancer research fondation, yes I would, if she'd stolen money from a bank... we'd party!!!!

No I would't turn them in. I would try to talk them into turning themselves in and would accompany them to the police station. But then again, I also would not lie and be their alibi when they commited the crime.
