Only when they drink gin. And it's more of a poncey smoking jacket type thing than a proper dressing gown.

I am a robot and i wear a dressing gown! especially in the winter when the chill gets into my joints and seizes up the old oil release valve!!!!

Not dressing gowns but badydolls with white ankle socks and those high heeled maribou slippers, oo la la, you have to get them from specialist shops for massive robot feet.
And on the weekends pink fleece jim jams with a jack russell print.

NO! don't be silly.
Robots have special internal heaters that keep them functioning in the colder weather.
they can't cover up cause they will block of the exhaust fans and explode
and they would not be robotss if they wore clothes how silly
