North Korea's nuclear capability should be removed by China.
Japan and South Korea should help pay for it.

The US should and wants to stay out of it.

Just who the heck are the US and the so-called civilized world? Are u suggesting the Asians, Africans etal are uncivilized?

Who gave the US and allies the right to exclusively own nukes and to use them on innocent civilians, even after ceasefire and surrender (Hiroshima/Nagasaki- WWII)?

In fact the self-styled 'civilized world' is an absolute misnomer- they being the breeding grounds of most evil on the planet- directly or indirectly.

Just where are the basic tenets of Democracy- Equality, Justice and Security?

There is absolutely no reason what-so-ever that the US and/or its allies should impose any sanctions directly or thru UN or cause a military/naval blockade of NKorea.

In any case, N Korea does not have the wherewithal of attacking US or harming it in any significant manner.

There is a famous saying- "Dont kill the thief, kill its mother". The N Korean Nuke program has been directly and indirectly brought up with the assistance of Pakistan, itself a rogue state. What's the guarantee Pakistan will not cause proliferation of Nukes to other rogue states/ terrorists?

Any action against NKorea should be preceded by actions against Pakistan, the mother of this story.

What makes you so sure the US belongs to the civilized world. Anyway, aren't there a few more countries who defy the great Satan of the US of A with daring to have nukes as well, countries like Israel and Pakistan. Oh i forgot they are goodies at the moment, as Saddam was when he shook hands with Rumsfeld. What goes round comes round.
