It has a lot to do with the fashion industry. Most fashion designers think that any woman can wear any article of clothing. Bigger women can not wear the clothing that someone say a size 2 can wear. It isn't that they don't care it is what society dictates to them. If you have ever gone to any store and took a look at women's clothing it is not what would look best on a woman depending on what size they are it is what is selling best in smaller sizes. The stores want bigger women to feel like they can wear what everyone else wears. A bigger woman should not wear hip huggers, skin tight clothing, crop tops, or anything a smaller woman can wear. They really need to adjust their clothing choices to accomodate their body types.
One other thing that should not be worn is those awful baggy pants that show everyones underware by either men or women. Everytime I see that I just want to either pull them up or yank them down. That is what belts were made for.

Aaah..fashion victims.
Alas a common problem for the ill bred, the inability to differentiate between fashion and style.
If they could actually think for themselves and form a judgement they would not do it, so much easier for them to adorn their flabby unattractive bodies with something they saw on the `telly` (a device for conveying information to the illiterate, found in the living rooms of `estate` people) read in a tabloid newspaper or found adorning one of their equally disgusting friends.
At least we all know that normal people will not breed with them and that the front line will be well stocked with cannon fodder in the years to come as they are easily manipulated by the media and politicians into fighting for some imaginary cause to further the wealth of the upper classes. They will happily send their children to die at war, having an over riding desire to be seen to be doing `their bit` was an essential part of the breeding programme. Sadly another part was the ugliness and lack of wit or charm, which was necessary to prevent nice people from forming any feelings of sexual desire towards them. They do rather spoil the aesthetic of our city centres though.
They maybe ugly and unattractive to us, but we do need them in times of crisis and war. Keeping them away from education and well paid work does tend to confine them to their own little areas, if you know where they are you can easily avoid them during quiet times and just call upon them when you need an army.

Between the belly shirts and the low rise jeans, women carrying a few extra pounds only draw negative attention to themselves. Ok, if it is summer then wear a sleeveless shirt. Keep the belly hidden if you are not tone. And if you look around anymore, no one cares about their appearances, which is really a shame.

The huge-bellied need to wear crop tops as the cropped nature of clothing ensures that they can always see the belly in question and remember to feed it with chocolate and kebabs on an hourly basis.

You have to realise some people dont actually give a toss about how they look. Its amazing some of the sights you see on the high street on a Sat afternoon, I often want to go over and give some fashion sense advice, but would probably get punched in the face, so I dont bother!

On top of that, a lot of them seem to think that a huge tacky, belly button piercing will have some kind of slimming effect!

english women with their bellies out do not look nearly as bad as the americans who must wear clothes at least 3 or 4 times smaller than they actually are. i think they must shop at childrens shops.
In some countries big is actually better such as in congo...

I have a friend who is about the same size as me but she's about 8 inches shorter than me. she wears tiny shirts all the time. she actually thinks she is a lot thinner than she is. we'll go shopping and she'll try on like a 12 and come out and say they must run small here.
some think they are honestly smaller than what they are and others i think could careless how they look. frumpy fatties.
