I have a Dell Latitude C800 with an Intel Pentium III 840MHz processor and i am wondering if it is possible to change it to a pentium 4. I will be very gratefull for some help or advice. Thank You

No, motherboards only support specific processors- so while it might take a slighter faster PIII like a 900Mhz, a Pentium 4 would require entirely new support chipsets as well. Notebooks are much less likely to allow any sort of processor upgrade than desktops in any case...

When you buy a laptop, you're stuck with the processor it came with.
