Every grown-up has that physical & mental potentials to direct that unto young ones. People who dwell on their sexual fantasy for long period of time (indoctrination) to a point it consume them & clouds their judgement & the perception of reality. The need for the fufilling that pleasure is so great that it shut out all logics, morals, values & especially awareness of the consequence of the action. I guess its like becoming something else (possessed by demon). So to answer you question its yes, given time & indoctrination & brain washing anyone can do that.

No, I would never intentionally do anything to hurt another decent human being.

Absolutely not and anyone who would deserves to be tortured in a medievel fashion and left crippled and in pain for the short, miserable existence that would be the rest of their lives. Killing them would only be letting them off easy.
So, that being said, Yes everyone is born with demons. Our way of dealing with those instincts is what seperates humans from animals. Some, however, are not able to distinguish that seperation, those are the psychotic beings that occupy the nightly news. Those are the murderers and rapists and religious zealots (who are hiding behind the word of "God" to do their evil deeds).

I believe humans are capable of pretty much anything, from the worst thing you can think of to the greatest. Unfortunately, evil is often a lot easier than good.
