If you drink lots of milk you are more likely to have twins but the only sure way is IVF treatment. You can try only making love a week before you ovulate to have a girl as the female sperm survive longer or only make love a day after you ovulate for a boy as they are faster swimmers but its just a couple of percentage extra chance and you might completely miss your chance. I think just be happy as long as your baby is healthy.
If you really have to have a certain sex or twins, maybe you could try adoption

The male releases the sperm that determines the sex of the baby! You have no control over it! I wouldn't worry so much over the sex of the baby, just be blessed to be able to conceive theres others out there who can't have kids! Twins~ well IVF works! Good Luck!

You can't be 100% certain on the sex of your baby even if you read one of those books on choosing your baby's sex. My advice to you is don't get pregnant until you have no preference. I had 2 boys and didn't want to "try" to get pregnant in order to have a girl. I didn't think it would be fair to the baby, if he wasn't the sex I wanted. Well, I had a little slip and discovered I was pregnant. I felt it was in God's hands. Guess what he gave me? He gave me a little girl.

The sex of the baby is determined by the sperm, so you have no control. As far as twins, well either two eggs have to be fertilized or one has to split into two. Good luck and God Bless. Perhaps prayer and if this is God's will, then it will be.

Why would you want to ensure the sex of the baby? It's a baby, boy or girl...it's a gift.

Well you cannot predetermine the sex of your offspring. The sex is determined by the male sperm.Twins cannot be manufactured to order.IF two ova are fertilised in the same cycle you'll have two births boy/girl girl/girl boy/boy.If one ova is fertilised and this ova has a double yolk, you will have identical twins
