Are there any music collages in aus or usa orgermany that provide full scholarships for international students

for at least one year or two years.so that i will be able to pay for the reamaning years.As i wanted to be a good music composer and a song writer .If any one have any idea about this please help me .My advance thanks for the people who have answerd this question.i hope that some one would help me in this case.
