This is a strange question as there are almost an infinite number of cities that are the same distance away from the 30th parallel.
Some examples just looking at the state of Michigan:
Ypsilanti and Jackson are the same distance away.
Kalamazoo and Battle Creek are the same distance away.
Pontiac and Holland are the same distance away.
Flint and Port Huron are the same distance away.
Saginaw and Mt. Pleasant are the same distance away.
