that is not a healthy relationship and it's going to end it.
there are going to be jealousy issues. he's going to get mad if he thinks you're too into the person, you're going to get mad if you thinks he's into the person.
why waste your time?
if you aren't happy with ONLY eachother then why continue anything?

I don't know about others but I don't think this is healthy. Open relationship? What kind of marriage would that be? Flirting with other men or women is fine. But anything further than that should not be accepted. Just my thoughts, though.

I agree that it's not healthy and should't be part of a committed relationship. I think you should seriously reconsider the state of your current relationship and make sure that you are aware of the consequences of these changes that you exploring. Relationships are built on commitment & trust, for me no third party can form part of this special bond.

Sounds to me like you got caught in something that has gotten a little over your head. Decide NOW what you want to do. Don't do ANYTHING you don't feel comfortable with.
