While it's too soon to tell how "GooTube" (as it's pet nickname) will go, but it'll most likely be left unchanged as Google cannot charge people who have already uploaded videos to the YouTube website nor charge for said videos.

Future video uploads are uncertain at this time... Just be aware of upcoming TOS & privacy rule changes.

Probably just hype. The being charged that is. Just like the postal service is supposedly going to start charging soo many cents for each e-mail sent. Do you'reself a favor & delete those chain letters.
But then again on the other hand they should charge since people love to download trash that other folks upload. Sites like you tube probably help to spread underage girls posing to sex predators. Its not like anything GOOD comes out of these file-sharing sites!

Google have their own version Google video and they don't charge for that. The revenue will come from the ads associated with the video.
