just chatting is not a harmful u can do it but keep your firewall and antivirus update becz most of the poeple under 20s are trying to send you virus to stole your password and info.

Yes,you can trust someone who is not from the same country with you.Remember that relationships has been formed,developed & matured into marriages between people from different countries over the ages.As you chat with a person,you'll be able to know if he/she is someone you can trust depending on the angle of your discuss.God has given us the ability to discern when someone is to be trusted or not.Above all we must have trust in ourselves in order to be able to trust someone else .It does not matter whether we come from the same parents,tribe,country or race.

It's depend of you. You want to trust or no. But sometimes people chat with you maybe he/she say is true. But maybe 50:50.
