Whay about a Buddhist vampire? Or a Hare Krishna vampire? (I vant to dreenk your macrobiotic carrot juice ...) I mean, waving a bloody cross at them isn't going to have much of an effect, is it?

If they indeed exist, I think decapitation is the only method.

Once someone becomes a Vampire they are no longer Christian, Buddhist, Islam or Jewish they are a Vampire, but a cross doesnt really work its only a myth, a solid stake through the heart however never fails

If you want to get technical, Vampires are a christian evil entity. They all come from one. Kind of like family. the "gene" of sorts gets passed down. So it an Islamic, Jewish, or Buddhist person becomes a vampire, whe same rules apply. I could get into how vampires came to be and who the first vampire was and all that but what ever. Dracula 2000 has the answer I like best. Who he was and how he came to be.

Crucifixes don't scare vampires anyways, read Anne Rice, or watch Interview with the Vampire. Louis says: I'm quite found of crucifixes. The idea that the hate crosses comes from a theory that Judas Iscariot was the first vampire, and the crucifix reminds him of his betrayal.

Of course, every one of them is severely allergic to garlic, especially when worn around the neck in pubs and clubs. It repels everyone else as well of course but hey, what does that matter.....
And the cross? Well, everyone knows that vampires worldwide - no matter what their religious persuasion - are subservient to the cross. A stake through the heart though, usually clinches it.

Oriental vampires are obsessive counters - if you drop a load of rice on the floor they will stop to count each grain ("One ha ha ha, two ha ha ha, three ha ha ha...") allowing you to escape.
