when your waters break its a pop, you can sometimes even hear the pop. it also has an odd smell to it. If you think you waters have broken the go to the hospital as they can tell they will make you lay down and if your waters have broken it will sort of dwell inside and after about 20 mins of laying on your back there should be a puddle they can test, they will use a special cotton bud that comes back a differant colour if is postivie to your waters, dont have sex until you know for sure that its clear or not because it can give you an infection like strep if your waters have broken.
My first baby I had a water birth and my waters broke 5 mins before I gave birth, it was a massive pop and huge gush.
My second baby I had the for waters break so I leaked up until I gave birth. I didnt have any contractions for over 2 hours with my second.
I still think you shoud go and get checked specially as your only 35 weeks, better to be safe then sorry. Good luck and I hope it wasnt your waters just yet in 2 weeks would be perfect for bub.

It is certainly possible that your water has broken, with the gush of warm liquid and the leaking liquid ever since. It is entirely different from urine, especially in smell. My waters broke at 27 weeks, but it turned out to be a hindwater leak so my baby stayed put (but I leaked fluid) up until he was born at 38 weeks. The thing is that if they have broken, or if there is a leak within the amniotic sac there is a risk of an infection getting in and affecting the pregnancy - this happened to me resulting in my babys growth being affected in utero. Get to your doctor as soon as possible to have it checked out and to make sure all is well for both you and your baby.

If your water actually breaks, you'll know it for sure.It is a sudden GUSH of water. However you could be leaking amniotic fluid. A slow leak isn't always constant. If the baby has already dropped into the birthing position then the baby's head can act as a cork to stop the constant flow. Call your doctor and try to be seen today. Be on the safe side. Good luck and congratulations.:)

I had the same thing happen to me last week. For me it turn out that my water didn't brake. They say if it keeps leacking then your water has broke. since your not sure then give your doc a call. The can do a simple test. Plus with you only being 35wks it's bett to be safe then sorry. IUf your water did brake then you will need meds to mature the babies lungs. Also towards the end you can have increased discharge that can be a liitle watery.

I'd say you are well on your way to the wonderful world of motherhood ! My sister had a similar thing, her waters trickled for over a week before baby put in an appearance. Go see your midwife straight away and tell her whats been happening. I am 37 weeks (2nd pregnancy) and cant wait for things to start happening. Good luck and enjoy.

you will no when it breaks, it will feel like you wet yourself and usually followed by a heavy pain... your baby is probably getting into position... or you have lost amnotic fluid, this can be dangerous for both the baby and you. see your doc ASAP and explain, something could have gone wrong... good luck... what sex is the baby? do you no? whats his/her name going to be?

if you felt a gush of alot of water, you need to get checked out. and if you are still leaking, then you may be loosing your water. you need to get checked because if your baby does not have amniotic fluid, that is not good. that fluid protects him/her. go to the hospital and get checked.

From my experience, when your waters break you will know about it and not question it!!! Is there any blood? If there is blood then your waters have definitely broken!!! If you are unsure, maybe you should see your doctor.

If you think your water broke, and it sounds to me like that is what happened, you need to contact your doctor. Immediately.
