I have been thinking about trying to start a similar business in Oregon.and was wondering if it was a franchise or not.and if not how would I go about finding out where they purchase from as far as their clothing and etc..

If you want "profit" I would suggest you do your own research and find suppliers. Franchises won't let you get alot of money and everything 5 is not like a very well recognized name.
Start your own! invest time on research and not money on something that won't get you 100% of what you expect...
I'm just that kind of people. Don't reinvent the wheel!
