I have a friend who has a warrant out for his arrest, he didn't pay his fine and didn't do his comunity service about 1 year ago, he wants to go to America on holliday do you think he would be allowed into the country ?

If he has a warrant for a servere crime he may not even be able to get on the plane. A minor warrant shouldnt affect him travelling but really he should be speaking to the police as if it is only a minor offence a warrant outstanding this will only means he goes up in court the next day. But considering he has not even served his comunity service that is a breach of the court order thus could invoke a custodial sentence.

Nope he will not be able to go anywhere, as soon as he trys to leave England the warrant will show up and he will be arrested

You normally get arrested on the way back in to england, but I think America they check both ways.

NO! And your friend certainly doesn't deserve a vacation to this great country if he can't even pay the consequences of an illegal action he committed. If he can't afford to pay his fine, how's he going to pay to come here? We don't need anymore people like that in our country, thanks!
