Indeed friendship is built from trust. if you feel you can't trust this "so called" friend then ditch them.

A friend is someone who cares about you and would never lie to you. soulds like the opposite is going on. if this friend can steel money off you - what else could they steel from you??

Personally i'd ask for the money back, if it's not looking likely it would be worth losing the money to be rid of this person.

Scenario A: If it is a strong friendship then it should survive a scolding. So scold your friend about their irresponsible behavior with your money and set a firm date as to when you are going to get it back. Then do something simple (and cheap) to reinforce the bonds of your friendship.

Scenario B: If your friendship is a little fragile then get your money first and then scold your friend.

If at anytime your friend refuses to pay you back or is lolly gagging on the whole thing then you need to take him/her to small claims court.

By how much you are willing to do by a friend or give up for example, you had a chance 2 go 2 a 1 of event but your friend is ill and needs u, what do u choose? Friend or event? Friend obviously! But if theres doubt in your mind and you know for sure that they are lying what does your friendship mean to them would they do the same? if i was you i would tell them where 2 go!?!?

Well I certainly wouldn't classify this person as a trusted friend. As far as the money, that is entirely up to you and how you feel about it. The person would be gone, out of my life period......

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what
you want and expect from the others.

I think you're being taken for a ride luv. Ask for the money outright, if you don't get instantly, then sever the freindship. AND no a friend would not do that.

Friendship is about loyalty and trust. Someone who steals your money is betrayed both those values so they are not a friend. They are a thief!
