I plugged in the hub and connected my PC to it using a PCI wireless card, the installation seemed to go fine and the internet was working perfectly. I then did exactly the same process on my girlfriends laptop and that also seemed to go smoothly. Then later on in the evening after a reboot, the connection on my PC completely disappeared! The wireless card can find the BT hub but can't connect to it due to the encryption settings being wrong or something like that. Even going through the BT installation process doesn't work as it says it can't connect to the hub. The laptop still connects fine to the internet though. Any idea as to why the connection doesn't work on the PC? Thanks in advance!

I had problems with my hub and ended up purchasing a wireless router. That's the best purchase I've ever made. Routers are much more reliable. I know hubs are cheaper, but routers are much more superior.

Yes, I agree with Dr. House. Did you contact BT B/band for advice? I had a lot of trouble with mine in the beginning, but my computer was very old,so I got rid of it and bought a super new Dell and it connected right away. I wish you luck.

First thing I would do is throw that junk hub out and buy a router!
