My favourite is Steinberg and Tolkein on the Kings Road. The clothes tend to be pricey but the quality is very good.
If you're willing to rummage there's Beyond Retro in Shoreditch, which is a huge warehouse-like place, but the quality is variable - there are often rips and stains on the clothes and it's not tremendously cheap.
Urban Outfitters (Oxford Street) has a pretty good selection of second-hand shoes, bags, and a few clothes.

The day out web site has a checklist of the superb charity shops. in keeping with once you come, the sales are on on the 2d, so it is worth searching for out the dressmaker manufacturers you like and bypass to their shops to confirm in the event that they have a sale.

T.K MAX have a constantly changing stock of last season fashion clothing. You need to dig through tons of clothing, but there are always great bargains to be had.
