In America it was Columbus Day, why that's a holiday is beyond me. He didn't discover America and he wasn't even looking for the new world, he was supposed to be going to the Indies geeesh

Columbus day. Mail carriers may not let sleet or snow or dark of night keep them from their appointed rounds but they sure let every stupid non-holiday under the sun keep them from delivering the mail.
