ooh that's harsh - your fiance, I say, your fiance, dying in that rent-a-ghost woman's house while he was meant to be marrying you.

that said, why are women fighting over that neckless wonder? and isn't audrey mean to say she was too good for him before but wants him now he's engaged! what a harlot!

Fred had a lucky escape as far as i'm concerned. Blanch is right, was the old lush marrying him for his pub???? and who will inherit, i say who will inherit???? It'll end in tears i say, it'll end in tears!

I liked Fred. He was real in a soap full of cardboard cutouts.

Audrey managed to successfully ignore her last husband's death. Poor Alfie. he pegged it whilst she was flirting with someone else. What goes around comes around.

The only thing that spoiled it for me was the fact that some miserable toad leaked the story......

Audrey always has been and always will be a spoilt cow, she moralises over every other woman and her life has been one big slapper land, Bev is a lush who has slept in as many men's beds as Audrey has and she is another moraliser over other women, Fred had a lucky escape, I say Fred had a lucky escape.

I swear to God... If I was ever in a soap, I'd NEVER get married. IT ALWAYS GOES BAD. Mind you I never saw Fred dying I say I never saw Fred dying.

Oh and I just need to say to the rent-a-ghost two at the top.

If your party house needs haunting just call rent-a-ghost
We got spooks and ghouls and freaks and fools at rent-a-ghost.....

I reckon that fred really isn't dead! He decided thathe really did want audrey and not bev so pretended to die so that he didn't have to face telling bev he wanted audrey and they will now live together in secret!
