It has been known to happen as the menstration cycle is affected by hormones - nothing beats pumping the hormones as pregnancy so everything goes a bit haywire, one result is a period out of place. Bleeding when you are pregnant is not an automatic disaster but it should always be checked out by your doctor. S/he can recommend foods/vitamins that can help.

It is menstruation not menstrate....but this problem is very common. It isn't really a 'full on' period, just a bit of one. It happened to me for 4 months too. It happens more than is publicised. I had a lovely baby girl......................

It happens alot unfortunately. Especially if you have been on the pill for a number of years and your body is used to its forced periods every month. Go to the doctor though he will be able to advise you further.
Good luck x

Sometimes the body doesn't have a high enough level of hormones to stop menstation in the first months. It doesn't mean there's a problem.
