First of all, contrats with your pregnancy. Then, I'm sorry to say so, but it is best to take as little medicine as possible when you're pregnant.

Try to take a walk or do some (light) physical exercise, like on a home trainer. This is healthy for both you and your baby and it may also help you to relax. Physical exercises are the best sleeping pills !!

that would not be a good idea. You need to tell you doc about this and he can give you something or tell you want to do. One thing I can say is go take a long nice steamy bubble bath and make sure you have a warm wash cloth over your eyes. After your done with your bath have your guy give you a body massage if you dont have one put lotion all over your body. Then go straight to your bed or couch . Hope that helps

NO you should not be taking anything without talking with your OB first! That stuff doesn't work anyhow,, trust me..

Get some lavender (fresh is best) put it into a warm bath with some candles around you and relax.. Do this before bed and it will help you to sleep.

Also, (fresh) peppermint tea before bed is safe and helps with sleep

No. Try drinking milk or a tea such as chamomille or "Sleepytime" (made by Celestial Seasonings). Maybe learn to meditate rather than medicate. Good luck!

Drink warm milk. AVOID anything unless it's completed necessary and cleared by your OBGYN. Now is the time to exercise an abundance of caution!!!!

No! Do not take anything without speaking with your OB first. Maybe there is something specific they can prescribe for you that won't harm the baby.

Go and see your doctor or pharmacist for advice, because it may be you need more than just sleeping pills, and stuff you buy without medical supervision could harm you or the baby.
