It's "site", not "sight".

Bad grammar is very noticeable on this site, and undoubtedly some people may appear to be quite thick in their use of English, but we have to remember that not everyone who uses Yahoo Answers has English as their first language, and cannot possibly hope to be as fluent as someone who has been speaking English all their life.

agree that the form of English expression used on this site is dismal.

However some young people are are far more used to using words as they are on sms texting. Lets give them a chance to ask their questions and try to phrase our answers in a grammatically correct manner.

Also there are alot of young people on this site for whom English is a second or third language.

I certainly would not like to test my French or German on here!

Its called the new millenium slang. If its in the school system already, then I pity the kids who have to suffer this kind of language and grammar. Teachers who can't even teach proper grammar should be taken out of their schools.
