`u can always read the Bible, the book of Job is extremely interesting!
`think good, nice, kind, charitable thoughts- of yourself & others
on the nutritional side of things-
`a low zinc level can make a person feel 'insane' especially men as us guys lose zinc in our ejaculation, eat seaweed, sushi, kelp tablets or pumpkin seeds to get your zinc cool z
`a cup of sage & a cup of rosemary tea a day helps to keep crazy thoughts away
dont worry man we have all been through this stuff
`a homeopath has lots of great remedies when we r feelin a lil strange or off balance
`st johns wort, evening primrose oil with fish oil makes a guy feel good too
`if ur lips r thin, take vitamin b daily or eat brown rice
`pineapple juice is very calming
`olive leaf extract will destroy the yeast fungus that can confuse the mind & body, you'll feel much better on a yeast free menu plan Z
`on the other hand beef, yeast bread, beer, sugar & coffee can be depressing as well as making bad moods
