On packet of aeroplane peanuts: "Warning - this packet may contain nuts" - (You don't say!!!)

On a badly translated menu: "Deep fried quids" (Squid)

On a tin of dog food: "By all regulations this product is apt for human consumption" (Yuck!!)

Instructions for instant mashed potato: "Boil milk and water until it is boiled" (Ahem...?)

On a packet of frozen chicken wings: "Do not eat until cooked" (Well, yeah!)

Ha ha, there are many, especially since I live in Spain - there are loads of badly translated packets!

Take a look at my website for a few more laughs:

Keep worm and dry (on a food packet)
Do not out bow (on a train window in Greece)
May be hot when heated (on a hotel iron in Italy)

Also in Italy - a bus company which painted it's initials on the side of all its buses: F.A.R.T.

In Australia:- a road sign which says:-
"CAUTION this sign has sharp edges (and the bridge is out as well)"

There was the one on a chainsaw: "Do not attempt to stop chain with hands".

Or the one on a barbarque set: "Not to be used for other use".

Or my favourite, the one for a Christmas tree: "Not for indoor or outdoor use".
