in interval or all medicine at a time . is there any possibility that all medicine start reacting chemically by virtue of their properties .

it depends on what they are. if they were prescribed together then they shouldnt cause any problems when you take them together but you should make sure. call your doc or your pharmacist. taking that many may cause stomach upset too

Take it like the doctor prescribed. If you take it twice a day, it is probably to keep the level of medicine in your bloodstream the same throughout the day.

Personally, I would take 2 at breakfast and 2 at dinner, so that the stomach is lined. Unless the Doctor has said otherwise.

Take the medicine as prescribed by the doctor since he konly knows your condition and in no case he will misguide you

If he had prescribed contact the doctor himself for clarifications.
