Hi. First of all, you must make time for exercise. From the moment you wake up you are exercising. you just need to speed that up. Secondly diet nutrition. Watch your food and drink intake. Breakfast is a must and should definitely not be missed under any circumstance. This should consist of oats. Natures energy bar. Instead of chocolates, doughnuts etc, try grapes, apples fruits etc. That's just to get you started. A simple exercises is to
1) adopt the press up position on the floor
2) Place your your palms and forearms on the floor Forming an "L" shape with your upper and lower arms.
3) Raise your torso so it resembles a plank. Keep it straight. and hold that position for at least 30 seconds. Then lower. Increase the time when comfortable.

You will feel this in your lower and upper abs. If this is not clear, you may need to ask a fitness instructor to demonstrate.

Hope this helps.

i want to know this as well, I don't get much chance to exercise either. I do bike to work and swim occasionally, but these aren't enough.

A friend is a personal trainer, she says regular RUNNING is my only hope. I'm supposed to do 30 mins 3 times per week, and keep my heart rate at a moderate level - just a little bit out of breath, not maxed out.

The idea is that if you're exercising enough you don't actually manage to replace all the energy consumed cos you can't put it away that fast without feeling icky.

Haven't really started yet... cos of work. Bummer.

Exercise will tone the area you are working, but fat burning occurs equally throughout the body. You just have to keep fit and make the most of the shape you are given :)

I don't think it is possible unless genetics in your body support large hips. Our hips and stomach are the storehouses of unnecessary fat in our body. For some people, it is mainly stored in their hips while with some it is stored on the stomach region.Generally, when we exercise and lose weight, it is from all areas of our body but if your genetic structure supports big buns then you will have them anyway.

Just do 15 sit-ups before going to bed and then gradually increase every couple of weeks or so, by 5 each time. Only takes a few mins and you can incorporate it into your bedtime routine.

Watch the carbs, especially bread..they got straight to your hips!!! Exercise or at least keep active when you can,if your sitting alot that may be it also. You need to get circulation going there in those areas.

2) PUT BOTH PALMS BEHIND YOUR HEAD.{ PALM AREA

3)TRY TO PULL YOUR UPPER BODY {HEAD TO BELLY} TO SOME DISTANCE SO THAT THE UPPER BODY AND LOWER HALF MAKES 120 DEGREE TO 150 DEGREE .

Besides doing sit-ups every day you must hold your stomach in whenever you remember, sitting at your desk, while driving the car etc. It really helps.
