mainly by observation, when a person is still alive you can carry him alone, but when that person died like after four of five hours after he died, it will takes 3 or more person to carry the corpes..

Dead bodies do not wiegh any more than they did when they were alive, the only difference is that when someone is alive, they are able to actually move and possibly give support, wherein dead people are sometimes stiff and offer no support to themselves, hence the term "dead weight".

How did You Arrive at this Conclusion ? Do You Weigh People before and after Death ? Also, is Embalming Fluid substantially heavier than Blood ? That's the only possible Variable between the Living and the Dead.

coffins can weigh a gd bit, it might be to do with a build up of bacteria, once we die we stop fighting off the ones tryin to eat us from the inside out, so when we die they probably go crazy and multiply like mad n they can end up weighing a gd bit when every millimetre of ur innner and outer surface areas are riddled with them, have to also ask how u came to that conclusion, i just hypothesised to try to explain why it might be true

well yeah, hair and nails still grow few hours maybe days after death...
