Can anyone tell me of any file shrinkers which will make the size of the file smaller.

Have you heard of Winzip or winrar...
these are softwares used to shrink the file.......try downloading and give a try...

Plenty. try Winzip (the most popular) from www.winzip.com
Next you can try WinRAR (slightly better compression) from www.rarlabs.com
Next you can try 7-zip (phenomenal compression, slow).
