I'm taking about the cotroversies that are created by voting for ur favorite1 and then playing the son of the soil theory card by the judges.

Honestly, I have seen about 30 seconds of one of these talent or reality show and have never watched another second of one. I don't see the attraction.

Personally, if I did watch one of the shows...I wouldn't waste the money on what ever they charge you to enjoy their show. They make enough $$$ without you having to contribute. But heck...if voting makes you happy then I wouldn't get too worked up if you don't agree with the outcome. I mean, it's not going to matter 100 years from now!

Its easily manipulation of weak minds. Through a mix of adrenaline, emotion and impulsiveness, TV stations and Telephone Companies are hand in hand in a concerted effort to milk money from the weak minded fools who think that their one vote can make a difference.

Its a silly concept when one has to pay to vote. That doesn't sound like democracy to me.
