This is kind of a follow up question. My girlfriend of 3and ahalf years constantly, breaks plans and blows me off with little or no explanation. Atleats twice a week, she is supposed to meet me and she never shows or calls or answers the phone, I've confronted her numerous times and she says sorry, but keeps doing it. Tonite she was supposed to be here at 11:00 and now its 4:00am, and again no phone call or anything, and she wont answer her phone, and her work said she left at 9:30, what should I do or think?

Yes. I think it is time you look elsewhere. That you have put up with it for so long indicates to me you are a quality guy--so you should not have trouble finding another girl. Don't waste your time on this one any longer.

This relationship seems to be building up some addictive cycles and as a consequence you are experiencing a genuine loss of control over the relationship. It must really drive you crazy because your g/f is so inconsistent and unpredictable.
In all honesty your g/f is probably all you ever wanted in a woman, all you possibly hoped for, but also too, she must seem to you to be a real jerk. There's no doubt in your mind that she loves you and needs you, but also you realize that she does hurt you in her odd behaviour. It's pretty obvious that she has you in a pretty vicious cycle and your hoping she will change, but she never does. And that alone should tell you something.
Becoming aware of your g/f's devastating inconsistent, random behaviour and what it's doing to your emotional well-being and your mood is a critical insight. Equally important is the recognition of how your own inconsistent and capricious behaviour toward your g/f also can create a mutually unhealthy relationship. Either way, a solid, stable relationship depends on being in emotional circumstances that on a balance are far more consistent, and controllable. A relationship, such as yours, will leave you bitter, critical and emotionally in conflict. It boils down to, " the way you make your bed, that's the way you will sleep in it". God Bless.

I would say she has you right where she wants you.
ON THE SIDELINES.
You are a for sure thing. She gives you just enough.

But after 3 1/2 yrs take some of the responsibly.
You allow and except. You need only to blame yourself at this point.
I think that you should say NO MORE ,YOURE DONE and mean it, MOVE ON TODAY, having no further contact of any kind

I think you should think that the writing is on the wall, You are not that important to her, she is using you.

I think you need to WAKE UP and smell the Beans my friend......she is ovbiously cheating on you. Since she does this frequently, plan out for an evening and then go to her place and follow her. If what you end up is what you had suspect it. Confront her in public just to let her know you are no fool, and that you know the truth. Walk away and start fresh

You should accept the fact that while you are waiting hopelessly for her she is "taking care of business" with somebody else....over and over again. Don't continue to be a fool or let her make you into a worse one; drop her immediately and move on with the REAL LIFE you deserve to have!

You need to leave her.........you sound like you are just using up energy on some one who can't/wont give you anything back. Why not be single for a little while you never know what might happen she might start realizing what she has.

i think that you should break it off, maybe this will teach her some type of lesson...you never know what you have until its gone. So maybe you should step out of her life and then you may notice that she may need you after all.

You are SO over. I wouldn't call her again. Let her chase you but I wouldn't take her back. She's seeing someone else and she's using you. Kick her to the curb.
