Lifting the little finger when partaking of a beverage was a joke about the so-called 'upper class'. These days, Roller or Bentley drivers are more likely to be Pop Stars or dodgy industrialists. If you feel you must make some sort of gesture, then I suggest raising the middle finger. Much more PC.

I've had every car from a Nissan Micra to a Porsche 911 which i now drive, so does that means mine has got longer, shrunk, got longer again 20 times?

I'm a car fanatic and have great respect for someone who works hard and buys a nice car.

No, not at all, Bentley's and Rolls have class and sophistication.
A sports car is an ''extension'' for a man (ie- Ferrari/ Lambo/ Spyker/ Koenigsegg etc etc)
