im afraid you cant actually plan to have twins. if it happens then it happens. you have more chance if twins run in your family.

There is no way to plan it like this. During the cycle, you normally ovulate only once. If rarely at some point you have double ovulation you can't predict it. If you have artificial insemination you can emplant 2 embrya, but still why have all this trouble and cost, since you are not sure both will survive. Also, medication to help ovulation can increase the possibilities of conceiving twins, but you have to ask your doctor about it. I don't advice the taking of medication when not medically necessary. Also, twin pregnancies are difficult. My friend was taking medication to help her ovulate, she got twins, but then she risked dying and the babies had to be born when they were 800gr. each. Very dangerous for her and the babies. Just follow nature!!! Have lots of sex, and who knows, maybe even one egg might split and give you identical twins!

O, no, ye can't

The best way is in vitro, you will likely to conceive twins because multiple eggies are stimulated from thine ovaries and released. The doctors drop your mate's sperm on it and implants them in your womb.
