Theoretically being endowed with rights by your creator is just a bunch of words. Realistically freedom and liberty are illusions of lifestyle, depending upon your ideology of lifestyle determines the level of freedom/liberty available to you, for example. Someone that choose's to live in a metropolitan area excepts the lowest experience of freedom/liberty having to adhere to not only city ordanace's, rules & regulations and state and federal laws, there are confinments of socail obligation as well. However one who chooses the lifestyle of a isolationist/survivalist enjoys the maximum freedom/liberty available, pretty much answering to no one but perhaps federal laws.
So the justifications seem to equate to how much you are dependent on the system/government to survive, or your quality of lifestyle your willing to accept, a trade-off it would seem.

As much as an individual wants that doesn't interfere with the liberty of others, doesn't cause pain or harm to others. Freedom to make a reasonable income, to live as one wants but not to create an offence to others.

A person is free to do as much as he pleases on the conditions that he doesn't harm another living thing, he doesn't commit any crime exercising his right to freedom and that he takes responsibilities in case his actions badly or negatively affect another human being.
