Use a proxy/firewall and connect all PC to Internet through the proxy/firewall which will allow you to view/control all the Internet traffic in/out of your Internet connection.

Run Ethereal in one of the computers. You can capture the packets from the other computers with their destination ip addresses.

try vnc its a remote desktop software u can even control cliet pc with this and u can see what ur client is doing plus its have mouse and keyboard support with real time .
