My room mate is my EX. I want to know how I can file a report or something so a police officer can go with me to get my stuff back? I have paid for everything with my credit card and I think that most of the furniture should be returned to me How can I go about with this? HELP!!!

File a case of possession against your Ex proving that all purchases of the items were made through your credit card.

I had the same problem with my ex girlfriend, i ask the police and they said to sue in cival court at the district majestrates office, but when i went there they told me they could only sue for possessions being kept from a landlord, and that i should to to an attorney to file a claim in the county court of common pleas. Then the attorney told me to go to the majestrates office. It was a big run around. That's all I know hopefully you can get better results than i did.
