This means that you cut off the blood circulation to that area. Just be calm and let the blood return. Sometimes you can actually feel it flow back to the area, be it your arm or leg or whatever. I know the tingly feeling sux but it'll go away. Sometimes I get to the point where I absolutely can't move it (usually my arm coz I sleep on it) - it's almost like it's dead for a while. But then eventually if you move whatever it is to a better position, the blood will recirculate and everything will be fine! Hope this helps!

Your age is an important fact. Normally cramps are due to lack of salt in the body. If you don't have high blood pressure, try dissolving one spoon - may be little less - of normal salt (NaCl) in a glass of water and drink before going to bed. If the condition is due to lack of salt, results must show immediately. Also examine your sleeping position - as far as possible it should be the fully stretched position - back or sides is immaterial.

yes,it happened to me a week ago because I realized my body is in one position the whole night long that made it numb when I wake up I could not move it also..maybe you are experiencing rheumatism..try to observe if it happens every night when your leg is at rest..a lot of stress in your legs the whole day may be one of the reasons why you are experiencing that condition.

I had various human beings say this approximately my cat besides as quickly as I had my first. sure they are very curious. yet many of the time the toddler strikes or cries and that they run away. be happy to declaw the cat if that makes you experience extra suitable. basically shop and eye on the cat with the toddler after the toddler is born and see how the cat reacts. Mine replaced into constantly a lover, and as quickly as I had my son she could sit down decrease than the crib however the minute he cried she replaced into long gone. As he have been given extra effective she woudl sleep on the foot of the crib and watch him, like shelter him. Cats are clever creatures. in basic terms do away with the cat if it turns into and subject. Cats are area of the relatives too.

I think it has something to do with the blood circulation...sometimes when we sleep or even sit ,our position get disoriented and interrupts the flow of blood which cause the Numbness.

You mean your whole leg...or just the foot?

I think ...or i assume that what you're experiencing is cramps or what we usually call 'grounded' ( I know it's weird).
Usually this happens if your nerves or muscles are being strained.
how to avoid?....hmmm....from personal experience, try massaging your legs before you sleep..

yes, this has happened to me a lot of times. i guess you are referring to a phenomenon called SLEEP PARALYSIS. this may be caused by extreme muscle fatigue during the day. try relaxing and stretching those tight muscles before going to bed. u can also take a hot soothing shower to relieve the stress.
